My Approach

“I turn complex uncertain situations into organized success by building the right systems and empowering the right people.”

This approach was forged through leading a 250-person team in Kyiv during a pandemic and political crisis, scaling a Berlin-based civic tech organization through major transitions, and building a travel technology startup from concept to market. Each project taught me that sustainable growth comes from creating frameworks that work under pressure while giving people the autonomy to excel.

I don't believe in choosing between bold vision and practical execution—the most meaningful projects require both. Whether I'm transforming a 19th-century brewery into a cultural center, navigating EU funding frameworks, or designing automated workflows for complex business processes, my focus is always on building something that works today and scales for tomorrow.

What drives me is the moment when diverse teams start functioning as a unified force, when complex operations become smooth and predictable, and when ambitious ideas stop being ideas and start changing reality.
